Our monthly two hour sessions are all about moving without limits. Sweat it out, shake it off, and meet new friends. We will guide you through a mix of movement landscapes. Some fast and wild, others slow and meditative. Each designed to activate a different layer of your experience. We believe the wildest dance floors form new friendships, unleash creative superpowers, and remind us that anything is possible. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more energized, and more connected to yourself and others.
LAB
THE PULSĖ LAB is where you dive deeper. This six week movement program is designed as a space where you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that might have been neglected or forgotten. It is not about pushing harder, doing more, or becoming someone else. It is about remembering who you are at your core and how to move forward from there. This program gives you the space to reconnect. Not only with your body, but with your creativity, your emotions, and your spark.
LOOP
In this five hour workshop, we will take you into the depths of your body. Moving through layer after layer. Every hour, a new musician or DJ takes over, creating a soundscape that mirrors the energy shifting on the dance floor. We invite you to shake loose all the stories, the feelings, the layers of energy that are keeping you stuck. We get comfortable with all the experiences that arise, neither hanging on to them nor pushing them away. It is about learning to listen to yourself and honouring your limits. When to give it your all. When to slow down and recharge. An invitation to move with intention and cultivate trust your in body.
